Putt Arena is a mini golf game for Android made by Jamie Rogers. This policy explains what the game stores and why.
What we store
- An anonymous account ID, created when you first open the game. It backs up your progress and lets you play online.
- Your game progress (coins, records, medals, unlocked items, settings and goals), kept as a cloud save so you don't lose it.
- Your Google email address, only if you choose "Protect progress: Google". It's used only to sign you in and restore your progress on another phone.
- Your online name, if you play online. Other players in your matches can see it.
- Your shots during online matches (direction, strength and where the ball stopped), so other players see them. They're stored in that match's room.
- Name reports: if you report another player's name, we store the reported name, your account ID and the time, so a moderator can review it.
- A random ID made by the app on your phone, so one account can't search for a match on two phones at once.
What we don't do
- No ads, no tracking, no analytics.
- We don't sell or share your data.
- We don't collect your location, contacts or any other data from your phone.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with Google Firebase (Realtime Database and Authentication) in the European Union (Belgium), and is sent over encrypted connections.
Deleting your data
In the game, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, your cloud save and your online name. Progress saved on your phone stays there until you uninstall the game.
If you can't use the app, email support@sinka.me with your online name and we'll delete your data within 30 days. Reports you made about other players are kept for moderation, without your email.
Children
Putt Arena is intended for players aged 13 and over.
