Echo Loop is an offline single-player puzzle game by Sinka Games, made by Jamie Rogers. The current build has no account system, ads, analytics, tracking or in-app purchases. It does not send gameplay data or personal information to the developer.
About this policy
This policy describes Echo Loop version 0.11.0 and later versions with the same data practices. It covers the game; visiting sinka.me is covered by our website privacy policy.
What the game stores
Echo Loop saves the following information on your device:
- Unlocked rooms and campaign progress.
- Your best loop counts for completed rooms.
- Sound and reduced-motion preferences.
These records let you continue playing and remember your preferences. They are not uploaded to a game server. Echo recordings are used during a puzzle to replay your actions; the current game does not send them online. Device or operating-system backup behaviour depends on your platform and settings.
Online services and permissions
The current game works without an internet connection. It has no sign-in, cloud-save, multiplayer, advertising or analytics service. Its Android export disables internet permission. The game does not request access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
App stores and your operating system may process installation or diagnostic information under their own privacy policies and your device settings. Echo Loop does not add a separate analytics or crash-reporting service.
Deleting your data
On Android, use your device’s app-storage settings to clear Echo Loop’s data, or uninstall the app. On Windows, local progress is stored in the game’s user-data folder, normally %APPDATA%/Godot/app_userdata/ECHO LOOP/echo_loop.cfg. Removing that save file removes its recorded progress and preferences. Platform backups may restore data depending on your settings.
Deleting local data can permanently remove your progress. There is no online game account or developer-held cloud save to delete or restore.
