Email support@sinka.me with the subject Arena Shift account deletion.

For a connected account, send from the email associated with your sign-in and include your callsign and sign-in provider. Apple private-relay users can mention that they used Hide My Email. For a guest account, include your callsign and any account identifier or details available. We may need additional verification to locate the correct account and prevent someone else deleting it. If a guest account cannot be identified and verified, we may be unable to complete the request.

Never send passwords, private keys or verification codes.

1. Open the pilot Account screen from the main menu.
2. Sign in to the account you want to remove.
3. Tap DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT, confirm and complete any requested sign-in verification.

What is removed?

Your online account and its scores and callsign entries from all six leaderboards. Your Google or Apple account is unaffected. Local records, unlocks, settings and cosmetics stay on the device; clear the app’s storage or delete the app to remove those too.

Signing out alone does not delete an account. Provider logs and backups follow the retention described in the Arena Shift privacy policy. Support correspondence may be retained for verification, handling the request or legal obligations.
