Parcel Panic / Privacy policy

Privacy, without
the guesswork.

This policy explains how Sinka Games handles information in Parcel Panic.

Last updated: 15 October 2026 · Android package: com.parcelpanic.game

The current game runs offline. It has no account system, advertising, analytics SDK or automatic upload of your game data. Your progress stays on your device unless you choose to share information with us.

1. About this policy

This policy covers the current offline version of Parcel Panic, published under the Sinka Games brand. It describes the 0.8 game build and later builds that keep the same data practices. It does not describe features that may be added in a future update.

For questions or privacy requests, contact support@sinka.me. Visiting sinka.me is covered separately by our website privacy policy.

2. Information stored on your device

Parcel Panic saves information locally so that your game can work and remember your progress. This includes:

  • Your scores and streak records for the relevant control method, difficulty version and assisted or unassisted play.
  • Completed contracts, earned coins, boost inventory, owned cosmetics and equipped items.
  • Sound, music, haptics, motion and contrast settings, and whether you have completed the control lessons.

The current game does not send this saved information to Sinka Games or an advertising or analytics provider. There is no Sinka login, online leaderboard or cloud-save service. Coins are earned in the game; the current build does not process real-money payments.

The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or location. Android vibration permission is used for optional haptic feedback.

3. Local diagnostics

Testing builds can write diagnostic logs on your device. These contain a randomly generated session code, game version, device/input configuration, timing, touch and sorting events, gameplay outcomes, scores and settings changes. The session code is not an account identifier.

The game does not automatically transmit these logs. If you export a log, the export is a local copy. We receive it only if you choose to send it to us, for example with a support request. Review any file or screenshot before sharing it.

4. Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive your email address and any name, message, screenshot, device details or diagnostic file you include. We use this information to respond, investigate problems and improve the game. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store them.

We do not use support messages for advertising or sell them. We retain them only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, investigate related issues or meet legal obligations. Please send only the information needed to explain your issue.

We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law or protect people, security and legal rights. We do not otherwise share your support messages for unrelated purposes.

5. Your choices and data removal

You can change your settings inside the game. Your game progress is stored locally and remains until the app’s data is removed. Clearing the app’s storage or deleting the app removes its local data; copies you separately exported must be deleted separately. Device backup or restore behaviour is controlled by your operating system, and we do not operate a cloud backup.

We cannot access or remotely recover your local save. If you have contacted support, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent. We will handle requests in line with applicable law and may need information to verify the request. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Children’s information

The current game does not ask players for a name, age, email address or account, and does not automatically send player information to us. If a child sends personal information through support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its removal.

7. Updates and contact

If an update changes the game’s data practices, we will update this policy and its date. Advertising, online services or analytics would require a new assessment and updated disclosures before release.
